Frank Moscato is an experienced litigation attorney whose practice emphasizes professional negligence defense, insurance defense, commercial litigation and industrial and employment claims.  Since 1994, he has been a member of the US Arbitration and Mediation panel.

 

Professional Activities:

Mr. Moscato is an accomplished speaker and has made over fifty presentations to state bar and other legal and professional societies on topics that include trial techniques, jury selection, the presentation of expert testimony, jurisprudence and ethics.

 

Frank is admitted to the Oregon and Washington State Bars and is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Defense Research Institute, and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, as well as, the American and Federal Bar Associations.  Mr. Moscato was selected as an Oregon Super Lawyer in Oregon Super Lawyers magazine in November 2006.
