MARVIN S. NEPOM

 

Education:

Practice Experience:

Mr. Nepom has been practicing law for over 40 years.  His practice emphasizes personal injury and civil litigation.

 

Professional Activities:

Mr. Nepom is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah Bar Association.  He is a past president of the Multnomah Bar Association and is a member of the Oregon State Bar Litigation Section.

 

He has taught business law classes and has participated as a speaker at seminars for the Multnomah Bar Association, the National Business Institute, and the Oregon State Bar.

 

Mediation Experience:

Mr. Nepom has been serving as an arbitrator and mediator since 1985.  In 1992, he joined USA&M of Oregon as a mediator, principally on its tort panel.  At the present, he devotes approximately 10% of his professional time as an arbitrator, 10% as mediator, and 80% to his practice.
