Practice Experience:

Mr. Spooner is a partner in the law firm of Spooner & Much.  His practice emphasizes personal injury work, including automobile negligence, product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability and legal malpractice.

 

Mr. Spooner has handled both defense and plaintiff work and has tried over 500 cases to conclusion.

 

Professional Activities:

Mr. Spooner is a member of the Illinois State Bar, as well as, the Oregon State Bar.  In 1996 he was the President of the Marion County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
