Practice Experience:
Mr. Green is a partner in the law firm of Welch, Bruun, Green. His current practice is in civil litigation emphasizing workers’ compensation and personal injury work. He has been in private practice since 1976.
He commenced his legal career as a legal aid attorney from 1968 to 1971 in the Multnomah County Albina Legal Aid Office. He then became the co-founder and assistant director of the Metropolitan Public Defender’s Office and served as a chief attorney in the Portland office from 1971 to 1976. Mr. Green also served for many years as a reserve JAG officer with the United States Navy.
Professional Activities:
Mr. Green has been a speaker at numerous CLE Legal Education programs primarily in the workers’ compensation and personal injury area.
