Practice Experience:

Mr. Duggan is a founding member with the law firm Duggan, Schlotfeldt & Welch.  He has practiced law in Washington since 1966.  Mr. Duggan has extensive trial and settlement experience in all types of injury cases, wrongful death, insurance, product liability, professional negligence, malpractice and agricultural accidents.  He has substantial expertise in negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

 

Professional Activities:

Mr. Duggan is a member of the Washington State and Clark County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Mr. Duggan is also a member of the Trial Practice Section for the Washington State Bar Association.  He is a past member of the Washington Council of School Attorneys, and the National Association of School Board Attorneys.
