United States Arbitration & Mediation of Oregon, Inc. (USA&M of Oregon) is located in downtown Portland and administers mediations, arbitrations and neutral case evaluations throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Its experienced panel of attorneys and retired judges specialize in mediation of tort, business, construction, and employment matters. Since opening in 1989, USA&M of Oregon has administered over 12,000 cases, more than any other provider in the state.

Sue Porter, Executive Director, graduated from Northwestern School of Law and practiced law for five years before starting USA&M of Oregon in 1989.
Evan Seifert, Managing Attorney, graduated from The University of Virginia School of Law and practiced law in the areas of construction, defamation, and personal injury before joining USA&M of Oregon in 2008.
Sheryl Clinkscales, Case Manager, has an extensive background in the insurance industry and worked as an Account Administrator for Affiliated FM Insurance before joining USA&M of Oregon in 1998.
Denise Wolfe, Administrative Assistant, worked as an office manager for a management consulting firm before joining USA&M of Oregon in 1995. |
