USA&M of Oregon’s services include:

• Approaching the other party to see if they are favorable to ADR – the administrative fee is nominal and usually no fee is charged unless all parties agree to a session;
• coordinating the date and the time of the session – no need to have your office use their time to make phone calls back and forth. If a case needs to be rescheduled – simply give us a call and we will handle all the scheduling details;
• helping the parties to select a neutral from the USA&M of Oregon panel – we can assist in matching the right mediator/arbitrator to the case by providing useful information about our panel;
• finding a neutral location to hold the session, including our suite of conference rooms in downtown Portland;
• and helping parties to reach fee agreements.
